Kiváló elhelyezkedéssel, romantikus környezet. Nincs szükség közlekedési eszközre (gépkocsi, autóbusz, villamos, metro stb)a látnivalók megtekintéséhez. Pár lépés az élelmiszer áruház. A rengeteg étterem - annak minden kategóriájában - percekre a szállástól, ugyanakkor ez a környék csendes. Teljesen felújított a lakás és nagyon jól felszerelt, megbízhatóan tiszta.
Nem jelöli az épület a helyet, tehát nehéz azonosítani még a közigazgatási cím ismeretében is. Az apartman tisztasága ellenére is volt a fürdősben csótány, ami érthető egyébként, mert a szállás földszinti (pince felett) és nagyon régi építmény.

L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione da cui è facile raggiungere luoghi di interesse, sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Non è risultato rumoroso durante la notte nonostante la vicinanza con zone frequentate da turisti e locali.
La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: asciugamani macchiati (che sarebbero stati cambiati soltanto pagando un sovrapprezzo) e peli a terra e sul copridivano. La cucina era fornita giusto di piatti pentole e posate, per qualche giorno ci siamo arrangiate. Consiglierei comunque di includere una piccola fornitura di articoli da dispensa come olio, sale, zucchero, etc.
