Location, layout of the unit, and the well stocked kitchen.
The check-in process was very confusing. The instructions were inconsistent and incomplete. For example, we were messaged that the unit was clean and ready for us early but the locks were set up on a timer which was not adjusted accordingly. The welcome packet should include a property map and the property could have better signage about where the office is.
