Bica Dreamy Escape Apartment

The whole accomodation set up... the neigborwood.

It was too dificult to grab a Taxi, since I did not use Uber.

The location was fabulous. A quiet street in a great part of Lisbon. Good kitchen set up and comfortable bed.

Cupboard door in the kitchen was broken

The apartment was super spacious, beautiful, and clean. Very quiet area, compared to being in the center. 5 mins walk to TimeOut market. We loved this place, probably will be back. The host was communicative and tried his best handling our early check in, and also my request about the loud walker neighbor in the above apartment. We appreciate it!

We got informed on the day of arrival that no Uber or Bolt can enter the area of the apartment. Only normal taxi, which is known for being double the price. So we ended up dragging our heavy luggages up the hill on the stones for a 10 mins walk. The internet unfortunately was not very reliable, it kept going off and then came back on. The router was locked away somewhere so we couldn’t restart it. Would be nice to have extra trash bag and not only one piece of dishwasher tablet provided for people who stays for 10 days :) Obviously anything provided already, was much appreciated. There is no microwave in the apartment, so we used the oven, worked good for pizza reheating. The little coffee machine works weird, same setting providing different sizes of coffee, many times super small so had to press it many times, but coffee didn’t turn out yummy. The neighbor above unfortunately woke us up every morning around 7, but the room is so nice and dark, that we could fall back asleep. He is still walking like an elephant, but it’s not the fault of the owner/host. The bathroom sink had a moldy smell, but we didn’t find anything visible, just kept the fan going that takes away humidity. All this was not crazy horrible to handle compared to the value of the stay, but hopefully the hosts can use it as a useful feedback!
