FLH Santa Catarina Cozy Apartment

The property was overall good for it's price. Location was near city center, you could reach main streets by approximately 25 minute walk (it's uphill so it depends on your abilities). There were many restaurants in the same street so you could relay on that. The location by itself feels safe and we did not have any problems speaking of the neighborhood. Check in instructions were very clear. Building seems newer and it felt really secure. It is really spacious and it was perfect for our stay (3 persons). There is much light in apartment which is a big plus for us.

I noticed that this is problem with many accommodations in Lisbon, but I have to mention it. When we arrived in the accommodation smell of sewage was really strong. We needed to put items over sink in the kitchen hoping that it would reduce the smell, and we haven't used it at all. The smell was very strong every time that we went inside the apartment. But with opening windows from time to time, it didn't bother us that much.. I have to say that bed sheets should be a bit cleaner or newer because we felt a bit itchy while using them. That gave us the impression that apartment wasn't that clean, although towels seemed pretty clean. Beds are not really comfortable (couch especially) so I feel like owners should take that into consideration. We weren't expecting water beds but it wasn't very pleasant to sleep on couch after long day of walking uphill.

Nos quedamos 5 días en el piso 3 amigas y estuvimos muy cómodas. La cama era muy grande por lo que las tres pudimos dormir ahi pero también había un sofa cama. La cocina estaba completa y muy bien equipada pero no había microondas. La ubicación ideal.

Cuando llegamos el piso no es que estuviera lleno de pelusas pero si que la limpieza dejó un poco que desear. Había algunos pelos en el suelo.

Odeur égouts dans la cuisine et salle de bain Rideaux séjour cassés, on a réparé par nous même Équipements ustensiles cuisine limite pour 3 , pas très propres, pas de casserole pas de ciseaux … pour 2-3 jours ça passe.. mais pour plus, difficile de cuisiner Chasse d’eau qui fuit Poignée salle de bain qui se déboîte Porte serviettes de la salle de bain trop petits, elles ne tiennent pas dessus Manque rideaux dans le couloir, du coup on voit les voisins et surtout ils peuvent nous voir Propreté de la salle de bain très moyenne, moisissures dans la douche ( murs,plafond) Matelas du canapé usé, on sent les ressorts Plusieurs tiroirs du placard de la chambre cassés
