Rollos wären praktisch, da man abends durch die Folie in die Wohnungen sehen kann. Vorhang ums Bett war super.

We stayed in the Atico exclusivo and it was absolutely fabulous. Very nicely furnished with plenty of high-end glassware, crockery, etc. and a dishwasher, but no washing machine (although there is a communal one which can be arranged in advance). We had a stunning private terrace, overlooking the sea and West facing for sunset,. There’s also a shared terrace for the other apartments. In an excellent location in the middle of town, but this does mean that parking is difficult; however, there is a free car park about three minutes walk from the property and usually space on the road to load and unload the car. Garachico is a very quaint old town with plenty of restaurants, bars and a couple of grocery shops. It’s also well placed for discovering the North coast and going into the Teno mountain. We did not meet anyone from the property, but we received very quick responses from the owners via WhatsApp. Would definitely highly recommend and would return.

Attentive, thoughtful hosts with an abundance of timely information. We have a one year old and the cot was made and high chair “trona” was there on arrival. The massive bathroom, with twin sinks and granite floor gives the place a real luxury feel. The location could not be better situated- right in the middle of town with 3 amazing restaurants a literal stones throw. The rooftop made for amazing views And you can’t beat the sound of waves lightly crashing to nurse you to sleep.

We had a buggy which made the stairs tricky. But we felt comfortable leaving the push chair downstairs as the flats (and indeed area) were very secure. On checking out, dumping our rubbish took a couple of trips but it’s not very far a walk.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist , dass die Villa Arte sehr schön renoviert ist und günstig liegt . Wir würden jedoch eine Wohnung im oberen Stockwerk empfehlen.

Leider haben wir uns im Loft Rojo nicht wirklich wohlgefühlt. Ein großer Minuspunkt war für uns die fehlende Aussicht – die Fenster gehen lediglich in eine sehr schmale Gasse bzw. direkt auf eine gegenüberliegende Häuserfront, was die Wohnung insgesamt recht dunkel und wenig einladend wirken lässt. Die beworbene Dach Terrasse hat uns enttäuscht, da sie nicht direkt von der Wohnung aus erreichbar ist. Man muss raus auf die Straße und beim „ Haupttor“ wieder rein . Das fanden wir sehr unpraktisch und schade, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten, den Außenbereich unkompliziert nutzen zu können. Stattdessen gibt es im Loft Rojo nur eine kleine Platia im Innenhof, die für unseren Geschmack keinen wirklichen Ersatz darstellt. Insgesamt hat uns dadurch das gewisse Urlaubsgefühl gefehlt. Zusätzlich hat es während unseres Aufenthalts in die Wohnung eingeregnet. Leider kam vom Vermieter dazu keinerlei Wort des Bedauerns oder Entgegenkommens, was wir als wenig aufmerksam empfunden haben.
