Located in the Spanish town of Icod de los Vinos, this fantastic holiday home invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay near the sea. The house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace, cable TV, and a baby cot and high chair available on request. Start your morning with a coffee on one of the two furnished terraces (open and covered), cool off in the pool or under the outdoor shower, and end your day with a delicious meal from the barbecue.
The nearest restaurant is a 14-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away (1.2 km), and the closest bar is a 22-minute drive (16.8 km). A supermarket for your shopping needs is just a 2-minute walk away (140 m). Enjoy the sun and sea at the popular Playa Moreno beach, only a 9-minute drive (3.4 km).
A marked garage space for one vehicle is provided. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are included. The owner lives in a separate house on the property. The garden and pool are private. One double bed is in the attic, where the ceilings are lower. Firewood for the fireplace is available for an extra charge. Pros: Que permita llevar a tu mascota y disponer de piscina privada.
Limpio, espacio y muy luminosa, con doble acristalamiento que aísla de todo y permite un descanso reparador.
Las terrazas ofrecen vistas al horizonte aunque ocasionalmente puede escucharse algún coche.
La piscina aunque parezca pequeña tiene la profundidad perfecta para pasar las tardes en ella.
¡Sin duda repetiremos! ¡Encantados!

Pros: La amabilidad de la dueña, la limpieza y la paz y tranquilidad del lugar.
Cons: Las subidas y bajadas del a carretera, pero eso ya es una cuestión personal.

Pros: En general todo, los propietarios siempre atentos, la decoración y limpieza eran perfectas, la zona de la piscina y jardines eran increíbles ...Le pondría un 10 a todo!!.... y lo mejor de todos es que puedes llevar a tu mascota y relajarte!!! ,porque no hay ningún impedimento y puedes disfrutar de el !!

Pros: Todo genial, la atencion recibida por parte de la dueña fue excelente en todos los aspectos, un ambiente tranquilo y agradable. Quedamos muy contentos y seguramente repetiremos.
