Location, size of the home and we had everything we needed
It would be nice to have instructions on using the sauna - it didn’t seem to get hot and turned off on its own.

Great location right by the Russian river and nearby the beach. Property was spacious with lots of amenities in a very quiet, quaint location.
The lighting in the dining room is very dark, making it hard to see well

Loved the hominess and overall atmosphere. Very comfortable and well stocked for inside and outdoor activities. AC kept us cool and comfortable and kicked in quickly.
BBQ did not work in May and would turn on but not heat up on this trip which was very disappointing. Also we needed to buy liquid hand soap for bathroom.

The only “ugh” was that the sheets were not changed from the previous person. Still crumpled under blanket.
