The price is really good for a place to stay in Paris. Everything was available for us: iron, coffee machine, fridge, etc. The host is very kind and pays attention to details. The location of the place is between Disneyland and the center of Paris, a 1km walk to the railway station, so everything is easily achievable. I recommend the place!
There is no air conditioning, so during the summer the stay can be challenging as the room is very small.

Ωραίο διαμέρισμα με τέλειο κήπο και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο, είχε όλες τις παροχές.
Η τοποθεσία εν τέλη ήταν λίγο μακριά απ' το κέντρο το μόνο αρνητικό.

Le logement est très propre, confortable et bien équipé, avec en plus café et thé à disposition,
j'ai beaucoup apprécié la literie qui est très agréable, un hôte réactif et disponible, en résumé un endroit au calme que je recommande fortement.

Marcelo era muy amable conmigo y el apartamento, aunque pequeño estaba con lo necesario, sólo faltaba una lavadora
Sin embargo, no tiene clima, aire acondicionado y el techo es muy bajito y había temperaturas de más de 33° que se sentía como un horno por dentro.
Además me hacía más de una hora en llegar a París, y a veces perdía el tren porque ya no salía porque se iba por otro lado. En fin. Una vez me tocó quedarme reservar en un hotel cerca de París porque no pude llegar a a mi hospedaje, entonces sí, sí, está lejos de París, sobre todo si iba uno en transporte público en la línea e es muy irregular.
