Luxury Tropical Oasis 3 BR with Pool close to Beach

The apartment has a great layout and is really well appointed. Items are of high quality and I was very happy with it as a place to relax. The pool is private for the block, not the apartment, which is not quite what I expected. However, it is generally quiet and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we went down to it. The pool is a modest size but good enough for what we wanted - mainly somewhere big enough that my child (who is learning to swim) could practise. The property manager was very pleasant and helpful. It was easy to follow instructions for gaining entry. Location is decent in terms of being a very short drive to the beach or a moderate (15-20 mins) walk. There are also parking spaces at the apartment. Would recommend.

Nothing that can't be improved or is a result of bad timing, but there are a couple of things. There's construction work going on nearby and they start really early (before 7am). My room was on the other side so wasn't badly affected but the people staying in the other rooms complained they were woken up. The fan in the lounge could be a lot better. The weather was thankfully not that hot during our stay but we still could have done with a better fan. The rooms have aircon so this was just for the lounge. Last thing - I understand that it must be frustrating as a host for guests to steal or mistreat things, but I thought it was a little bit stingy on what was provided. I don't expect to have to bring beach/extra towels with me on holiday, and each room had 2 towels each - so enough to use as a bath towel but nothing else (and in the shared bathroom someone had to put their towel as the communal handwashing towel). While I wouldn't expect a full compliment of toiletries, a bar of soap in each bathroom wouldn't hurt. Limiting the number of bin bags (2) and toilet rolls (we didn't finish them but if we had) felt a bit unnecessarily tight. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property, especially once the nearby building work finishes BUT I think the owners could consider offering a little more.

Appartement confortable, bien équipé, dans une résidence calme et entretenue. Nous avons pu profité de la piscine, et la plage se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds. Un séjour très agréable !

Nous avons tout aimé dans l’appartement, la deco, les équipements, la propreté, l’emplacement, la proximité avec différents sites. Un grand merci à Lois pour sa gentillesse.

Very clean and comfortable, must say also a nice kitchen if you like cooking your own food.

Lack of communication from staff.We were there for two weeks, staff never got in touch to see how their clients were except for the first day when we got the key and on the last day by WhatsApp to say where to leave the key. Powercuts in the mornings no idea why again no communication from the staff to explain or warn, water cuts also in the morning again no warning so difficult to get ready in the morning for our holiday outings. Just a thought also for clients staying over a week it will be nice for the beddings to be replaced at least once and a general cleaning to be offered again at least once during a two week stay. Or spare clean bedding could be provided.
