Location was great for Troyes city centre. The apartment is clean and bed comfortable.

We had a problem with access to the secure parking (which was a really key feature when we chose this accommodation). The remote control for the garage had been misplaced and we could not access the parking area which caused stress as we could not reach the admin or host and had to park away from the accommodation. There was very little provided apart from linens (eg no washing up or cleaning materials) and be aware, this is a studio apartment with kitchen, living space and bedroom all in one room. Location is excellent and access instructions were clear .

We liked the location at walking distance to the old town. Also the bed was very confortable Convenient and safe parking once the remote was working.

The shower was a drama. The shower head was good but it did not fit in the holder causing it to sweep everywhere while in use. Causing a wet bathroom all around which is not nice with an electrical heater in the room. Also only one towel per person for the entire stay is a bit thrifty. The nice laminated floor was very slippery and a curtain was missing in the kitchen area. The table was worn out and moving all over the place when leaning on it during a meal. The chairs were far to low for this table. The fridge did not close as it was iced up. We had to defrost it first to be able to close the door. On arrival the remote for the parking did not work and only the next day this was changed out
