Promenade Villa Baku

A clean villa very close to the city, we also had a pleasant time in the magnificent pool. I will definitely choose this place next time

The villa itself is very large and spacious. The kitchen is also quite large, and the towels provided were at least clean.

The property is unfortunately in poor overall condition. The bathrooms are desperately in need of a full renovation. We had no hot water for several days during our stay, although it was eventually fixed. Most of the equipment throughout the house—especially in the bathrooms—does not function properly. Everything in the kitchen was greasy and far from clean. The towels had a terrible, overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. The most unacceptable part of our stay was the complete failure of housekeeping. We were met with shocking hygiene issues, including hair on the pillows and a condom left lying on the bed. Overall, property maintenance and basic cleaning standards are almost non-existent.
