Nizami Central Apartments by Bakhtiyar

Very spacious and comfortable. Host was amazing and very approachable. Good supply of towels, linens etc. Facilities such as washing machine, dish washer, cooking range is good Location steps away from nizami street, fountain square etc.

I had a wonderful stay at aparrtment in Baku. The location is incredibly convenient, being just a short walk away from Nizami Street. Most of the main tourist attractions are in close vicinity, making it very easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of great food options and restaurants right around the corner. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Baku!

Нам очень понравилось наше пребывание в Nizami Central Apartment. Расположение просто идеальное — в самом центре города, а прекрасное сочетание видов на море и город сделало наш отдых еще более особенным. Что действительно сделало наше пребывание выдающимся, так это наш хозяин Бахтияр. Он невероятно дружелюбный, честный и, очевидно, очень образованный человек. С самого момента нашего приезда он делал всё возможное и даже больше — помог нам донести багаж, что мы очень оценили.

У нас возникла небольшая проблема с Wi-Fi, и хозяин, не раздумывая, приехал поздно ночью, чтобы сразу всё исправить. Такой уровень заботы и ответственности встречается редко, и это показывает, насколько сильно он ценит своих гостей. В целом, это был отличный опыт, и я определенно рекомендую это место всем, кто планирует поездку в Баку. Мы с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова.

The Location was amazing just in the middle of Nizami

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. Part of the apartment, particularly the small bedroom on the quiet side, had not been cleaned, and the refrigerator was not functioning. Payment was accepted only in cash, and the property showed no flexibility in providing even a partial refund after a checked out two days early. In addition, the apartment lacked basic essentials upon arrival, such as toilet paper and soap. These issues significantly affected the overall experience. Last but not least, the apartment was not the one in the pictures
