Location wise is perfect. Bed & duvet covers comfortable. Feels like home. The staff were very helpful. Security sending your food to the room everytime I orders something from grab.

We were woken abruptly after midnight when an unknown man entered our room by mistake. Despite having locked the door from the inside, he was still able to open it. The incident caused a significant amount of shock and distress, and we felt unsafe for the remainder of the night. To their credit, management responded promptly and professionally once informed. They acknowledged the seriousness of the situation, initiated an investigation into the door lock system, and later granted us a complimentary late check-out as a gesture of goodwill, which we appreciated. However, the incident itself raises serious concerns about the reliability of the door locking mechanism, particularly as the system verbally indicated that the door was securely locked when it was not. This represents a safety risk that should be addressed urgently to ensure the security of all guests.

Great stay, very nice staff, would like more things in the villa for longer stays

The loft we got was a very cool set up. They made it really fun with cool lights and a net to lay on

We stayed for 10 days and found it somewhat bare for being a villa type of accommodation. There is no hand towels for use at all for hand washing or anything. We did have towels but it does get quite hard if you have guests or anything. And our shower was very very light pressure. They did change the shower head for us but I think the need to check the hard water. As I said we stayed 10 days so washing your hair was almost impossible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Villa Complex – European-Level Organization in Bali I was genuinely very impressed by the Alex Villa Complex. The level of organization and structure is something you normally expect in Europe, not in Bali. For Indonesian standards, this is absolute top level. The villa was cleaned every single morning, including fresh bed linen changes, and not just superficially — the cleaning was thorough and very professional. You can clearly feel that everything is well managed and well organized. A special highlight is the security team. Extremely professional, attentive, and reliable. No matter what you order — food deliveries, drivers, or any service — security personally escorts every driver all the way to the villa. This creates a very strong sense of safety, privacy, and comfort, which is not common in Bali. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, security, service, and organization is outstanding. I honestly did not expect this level in Bali and was pleasantly surprised. 👉 Highly recommended. If you are looking for a villa in Bali with structure, safety, and European standards, this is the right place. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The accommodation was very clean, and the staff from check-in to check out were welcoming, friendly, respectful, and helpful. Everything is well explained at the time check-in, and there is an open contact to WhatsApp if needed. The accommodation was also super comfortable from the bed to the lounge and all-around well equipped. The rooftop pool was great and we'll maintained. I highly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed.

The location is perfect. You can access restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property was comfortable, beautiful design and great value for money. The staff we amazing and made sure our stay was good.

The ventilation in the house is not good and they should consider adding more windows and fans in the bathrooms.

Fantastic place to stay, great location, highly recommend.

They provide us with water dispenser, blender, microwave, toaster, HUGE Samsung TV with Prime Video signed in already, speaker, jacuzzi. The bed is really comfortable and the AC is cold, the windows are air tight so it's really quiet, there are 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a terrace to sun bath. Exceeded my expectations. 10/10 experience.

Disappointing compared to other Alex Villas stays.

Staff were lovely, location. Rooftop pool is nice.

Older complex (not nearly as nice as other Alex villas complexes), everything felt damp, mouldy, moth balls everywhere (smelly), lots of mosquitoes and bugs (cockroaches) as backs onto small river, ground floor apartments have motorcycle parking right outside so you hear guests motorbikes 2m from your door at all hours, I had an apartment by the lift so heard everyone loudly in the corridor which was disruptive from early in the morning. Poor insulation and heard other guests music until late. So damp a mushroom grew overnight out of the corner of the bedroom 😂

This hotel will not issue invoices for your stay.

It was not possible to receive an invoice from this hotel. I tried to contact the hotel for a month. The facility sends me to booking for an invoice and booking sends me to the hotel. They do not understand that only the hotel can issue an invoice. No willingness to help.

Lovely stay but room for improvement

Quite new, easy to find and very comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Very helpful when we needed more towels and we felt safe staying there.

The complex is right next door to the finns recreation ground which begins to play music at 7:30am which woke us up each morning. Room could have been cleaner, some spiders in the bathrooms. Cleaning could have been more thorough. Bedding had stains on arrival. En suite toilet splashes water onto the floor every time you flush - not so hygienic !!

Не було чисто, посуд був брудний, на підлозі навіть були таргани мертві, яких залишили після прибирання. З джакузі щось висипалось не приємне. Постіль пахла вже старим запахом.

La piscina era gelida e inutilizzabile e non possono riscaldarla il sole non batte, pulizia 0 venivano tutti giorni a pulire ma lasciavano la villa com’era toglievano solo un po di disordine, scarafaggi dappertutto ogni giorno addirittura uno aveva le uova quindi ce un infestazione, abbiamo chiesto aiuto e ci hanno chiuso la porta del bagno dove loro pensavano che uscivano invece uscivano ugualmente da altre parti a spese nostre abbiamo comprato l’insetticida inoltre in piscina c’era una larva che nuotava per 2 giorni in piscina sporchissima immondizia nel fondo

Das Zimmer fühlte sich extrem feucht an und schaute man in die ein oder andere Ecke, bemerkte man auch schnell wie dreckig das Zimmer ist und dass nur oberflächlich geputzt wurde. Aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit, war der Geruch im Zimmer auch unangenehm. In der Nacht hörten wir leise knisternde Geräusche die hinter dem Schrank des Schlafzimmers zu vernehmen waren. Nach unserem Empfinden hörte sich dies schwer nach einer Maus an. Bestätigen können wir das jedoch nicht. Nachdem uns dies auffiel, meldeten wir uns beim Personal, welches sich dazu bereit erklärte sich zu kümmern. Leider verbesserte sich der Zustand des Zimmers nicht, weshalb wir der Feuchtigkeit selbst auf den Grund gingen. Zu unserer Ernüchterung entdeckten wir kurz vor dem Schlafen gehen Schimmel im Schrank. Wir waren sehr angeekelt und versuchten erneut das Personal des Hotels zu erreichen, welches uns leider nicht mehr antwortete. Wir entschieden uns dazu noch in der selben Nacht das Hotel zu verlassen und uns am nächsten Morgen zu beschweren, um für die verbleibenden zwei Nächte unser Geld zurückerstattet zu bekommen. Auch hier zeigte das Hotel überhaupt kein Verständnis. Trotz der mehrfachen Erklärung, dass Schimmel absolut gesundheitsschädlich ist und das Bewohnen des Zimmers so unmöglich ist, wollte man uns keine Rückerstattung gewähren. Ein schimmliges Zimmer sollte mit einem kostenlosen Frühstück kompensiert werden. Absolut lächerlich. Ebenfalls fehlte es der Unterkunft an nötigen Wasserdruck. Doch nicht nur das fehlte, um ordentlich Hände zu waschen, auch die Seifenspender fanden wir leer vor. Im Großen und Ganzen war es einfach nur eine Katastrophe. Absolut keine Empfehlung!
