For such a new villa complex the air conditioning was so bad I couldn't sleep in the bad and had to sleep on the couch. Even with both air conditioning units on full fan and the lowest temperature downstairs it was almost 27° and upstairs must have been warmer and I was just sweating while packing my bags to leave. I did bring this to the attention of the management team and they very quickly got someone out to have a look but unfortunately any respite was temporary as shown in the picture attached taken just before checkout

Loved my view, the whole apartment was great, friendly staff and the security main entrance. Well located and clean. Few things to improve the smell coming from the bathroom at some point during the day, it might be due to rains but wasn’t sure. The foods quantity could be a bit more as the price isn’t cheap comparing to other places around. Everything else was great!!

Perfect place that i've been around Bali. Alex villa is 1 of the fastest growing property in Bali. They have different villa from N1-N5 in different location. I stay at N5 which is in Berawa. It's perfect location. Quiet, you dont hear the noise from the street. I stay at the apartment villa which is I have my own Jacuzzi which is perfect! All of their staff also very kind and best hospitality. If you order gofood/grabfood, the staff will deliver it to you room. You have everything complete in the room which is very convenient. After I stay in Alex Villa, I feel like I wanna stay in Bali. You get what you pay.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this villa. On the first morning of my trip, I found two cockroaches in the bathtub — it was horrifying, disgusting, and completely unacceptable for a place meant for relaxation. The cleanliness of the bedding was also extremely disappointing. The pillow covers and blankets had visible stains on them, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwilling to use them. It’s clear that the housekeeping standards are far below expectations. What worried me most, however, was the water quality. When I first turned on the tap, the water came out milky in color. I used my own shower head filter, and to my shock, it turned grey instantly. Within only three days, the filter turned completely black — this made me deeply concerned about the hygiene and safety of the water supply. Overall, this experience was far from what I expected when booking a villa. The hygiene issues, poor water quality, and lack of maintenance made my stay stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this accommodation unless these serious problems are properly addressed.
