Beautifully designed with a warm and inviting atmosphere, this property truly felt like a home away from home. The tasteful interior, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches made the stay both relaxing and memorable. Attentive and friendly staff too.

-clean and modern rooms
-washing machine and detergent provided
-breakfast quality
-Cot for the child not provided, even though the request was done during the booking process
-breakfast is available in a basket delivered to the room or alternatively in a restaurant nearby, with which a cooperation is done with the hotel. We decided to take the option in the restaurant but we were told for the next day it wasn't possible due to the short notice upon checkin. I mean they need a 24 hours notice for preparing breakfast ? Sounds like a wrong excuse.
-bottom drawers in the room open just above the floor leading to hurting your toes if you're not careful
-breakfast that was delivered to our room (1st day) was first not delivered due to my do not disturb sign, even though it was agreed upon the day before and told them to put it behind the fence. I then went out and took the sign away and send a message via whatsapp that they can put it in front of the door. The staff then came and rang the bell twice while our baby was sleeping and they could have just dropped it off as mentioned in my message. The next day i got told that the breakfast at the restaurant can be ordered even on the same day... which of course makes sense... in contrast to what we were told on the first day.
-at the pickup time on the second day for breakfast, waiting for the shuttle to arrive, the receptionist came screaming into the private area, which woke our child up again, even though I literally had her informed 20 minutes before that I will keep an eye out for the shuttle arrival. Also, the shuttle arrived way in advance of the agreed upon time.
-overall the staff is overly concerned about the guests stay, invading privacy
