Cutlery could do with a freshen up.

The location at Mango Hill is great, short walk to shops, restaurants, petrol station if you want an expensive night out. Also a stone throw away from Westfields North Lakes, the highway, amenities and rail etc. The unit is cosy in a wuiet secure gated unit complex,felt very safe, secure and quiet, great for unwinding and chilling out. How the place is furnished and presented, felt very homely and cosy. Really enjoyed my time there. Thanks Michelle.

Loved the location- central to everything we needed

There was an odd smell that smelt like cigarettes when we entered so we did need to air it out after arrival. Unfortunately as well the curtains in the main room were not great and the morning sun hits right in your face (just meant no sleep-ins) the other unfortunate thing was the construction happening across from the complex which we knew wasn’t something that could be helped. These were very minor things and wouldn’t deter us from staying again

The property provided all the basic amenities needed, and the check-in process was smooth and convenient.

Unfortunately, the attention to detail with cleaning was lacking. The sheets had a musty smell, and the fitted sheet appeared old and discoloured. Some skirting boards were dusty, and there was a used bar of soap with hair left in the shower. The bathroom drains also had a strong odour, and overall the cleanliness of the bathroom, including the shower and basin, was only average, as shown in the photos. In addition, there was construction taking place directly outside the main bedroom that was not communicated in the booking. This resulted in being woken early each morning, which was frustrating. Communication with the host, however, was positive.
