Charming Mango Hill Escape

Location was excellent.

Everything was good 👍.

Great communication

The location was great easy to get to North lakes Mall. Apartment was good nice and clean.

Water pressure in the shower was a trickle . The pressure in the kitchen sink was slow too.On arrival, our keys weren't in the box as instructed. Took a while to get the manager to sort this out and finally get to our apartment.

The property provided all the basic amenities needed, and the check-in process was smooth and convenient.

Unfortunately, the attention to detail with cleaning was lacking. The sheets had a musty smell, and the fitted sheet appeared old and discoloured. Some skirting boards were dusty, and there was a used bar of soap with hair left in the shower. The bathroom drains also had a strong odour, and overall the cleanliness of the bathroom, including the shower and basin, was only average, as shown in the photos. In addition, there was construction taking place directly outside the main bedroom that was not communicated in the booking. This resulted in being woken early each morning, which was frustrating. Communication with the host, however, was positive.
