Localização.
Subir dois andar de escada. Secador de cabelo nao esquenta. Percianas nao funcionam bem pra abrir e fechar quarto e sala. Travesseiros ruins. Agua fraca na pia do banheiro e cozinha. Internet caiu um dia que estava trabalhando em home office, demorou um tempo mas foi resolvido depois. Dificil achar uma tomada. O administrador não sabia qual garagem era pra usar. Inclusive para estacionar é super apertado entrada e saida. Se nao for bom no volante vai acabar ralando o carro em alguma pilastra ou parede. Super estreito.
