This place is a scam. After paying and receive a booking confirmation, nobody was at the place. Numerous phone calls to the property without answer and when someone answered the phone I was first told that there was no reservation, after that I was told that no apartments were available and that was a double booking, after that the person told me he would be down stairs in five minutes but he never came, another call and I was told to claim my money from Booking. This place is a scam, they should not be allowed to advertise this place in Booking.com

Die Sauberkeit ist eine Zumutung!

Eine einfache, zweckmäßig ausgestattete Unterkunft, die alles hatte was man benötigt. verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Wir haben das Auto dort (im Wohngebiet) stehen lassen und sind gut mit den Öffies in der Stadt unterwegs gewesen. Zugang zur Wohnung mit den übersandten Türcodes hat problemlos geklappt. WLAN war gut nutzbar.

Die Sauberkeit ist eine Zumutung! Das Zimmer war komplett ungereinigt und hätte es wirklich dringend nötig gehabt! Begrüßt wir man vom vollen Wäschesack. Der Staub liegt zentimeterdick auf dem Sideboard. Fernseher und Badspiegel waren fleckig und verschmiert. Auf dem Fussboden viele Krümel und Papierschnipsel (Der riesige Staubsauger dort scheint wohl nur zur Selbstbedienung gedacht zu sein). Die Toilettenbrille war komplett lose und schmutzig von unten. Die Klarglas-Dusche war auch nicht geputzt. Das gesamte Fensterbrett im Bad und auf der Spüle stehen reichlich angebrochene Reinigungsmittel, die aber offensichtlich niemand benutzt. Der Kühlschrank war voll mit angebrochenen Lebensmitteln, die sich z.T. schon länger dort befinden müssen; Inkl. eine 2-Liter-Wodkaflasche (Minibar?). Der Elektroanschluss des Spiegelschranks im Bad sah sehr nach Hobbybastlerarbeit aus.

Cena do jakości to jakaś porażka, dobrze że pobyt był tylko na jedną noc.

Korzystna lokalizacja, bezproblemowe wejście do budynku i apartamentu za pomocą telefonu.

Już od progu drzwi ciężko się otwiera, ponieważ haczą o podłogę, na wejściu było widać, że ktoś nie przejmował się zbytnio posprzątaniem. Wszędzie kurz,. Gdyby nie było czuć, że poszewki na kołdrę i poduszki były wyprane, to po wyglądzie ciężko byłoby to stwierdzić, łóżko nie było nawet porządnie pościelone. W udogodnieniach było napisane o zapewnionych ręcznikach, ale gospodarze chyba nie wiedzą, że na jedną osobę powinny być zapewnione dwa ręczniki. O czystości okien nawet nie wspomnę. Pierwsze wejście do łazienki i już oderwała się klamka, to samo z prysznicem - klamka również ledwo się trzymała.

Man hatte ein Dach über dem Kopf, aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt ist etwas anderes.

Der Checkin hat gut funktioniert, Couch und Bett waren bequem und die Unterkunft hat viele Fenster sowie eine Grundausstattung. Bei den Problemen mit dem Türschloss ging sofort jemand ans Telefon, der Techniker war sehr freundlich.

Ziemlich unsauber, der Türgriff im Bad fiel regelmäßig ab, wodurch man darin gefangen war, kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden, keine Küchenrolle, keine Geschirrtücher… allgemein war die Küchenausstattung äußerst rudimentär. Im Kühlschrank befand sich fremdes Essen, die Unterkunft roch sehr komisch, auch Lüften hat da nicht viel genützt. Durch die sehr laute Straße war es unangenehm das Fenster offen zu haben. An einem Abend hat das elektronische Türschloss nicht mehr funktioniert, der Türcode funktionierte auch nur durch Zufall- es verging eine Stunde bis der Techniker kam.

Chaotisches „Abendteuer“ in einer verschmutzen wohnung

- durch ein technisches Problem kamen wir erst in die Wohnung, nachdem der Vermieter uns persönlich um 23:25 Uhr die Tür öffnete. Technische Probleme passieren, allerdings ist es sehr fraglich, dass eine Unterkunft so unhygienisch und schmutzig vermietet wird :( die Wohnung war so verschmutzt, dass man den Herd nicht nutzen konnte, schmutziges Geschirr, kaputte Toilettendeckel, klebriger Boden, defekte Türklinke im Badezimmer, schmutzige Fenster. Toilette und Dusche nicht gereinigt. Handtücher - Bodenmatte verschmutzt, nur 3 Decken für 4 Leute, Sofa war defekt. Toilette habe ich noch in der Nacht selber gereinigt. Nachdem wir es moniert haben, sollte am nächsten Tag nochmal die Wohnung gereinigt werden. Davon war nichts zu sehen, außer, dass der Boden nicht mehr klebte. Toilette, Dusche usw. Habe ich selber putzen müssen. Der Vermieter/ Mitarbeiter entschuldigte sich und teilte uns mit eine Entschädigung auszahlen. Leider kam das Geld nie an. Auch nicht auf Nachfragen. Keine Reaktion :( Austausch schien erstmal freundlich, aber die Zusage einer Erstattung wurde nicht eingehalten. Wir haben auch Bilder vom Zustand der Wohnung dem Gastgeber gesendet. Er hatte sich auch vorrot ein Bild gemacht, weil er uns in der ersten Nacht persönlich reinlassen musste (aufgrund eines Defektes der Eingangswohnung). Er gab zu, dass es so nicht in Ordnung war.

A Bookingon található cím nem volt pontos. Az 56 szám alatt található az apartman. Így nem volt egyszerű a megtalálása sem, de végül sikerült. A berendezés többnyire olcsóbb kivitelű. A bejárati és fürdőszoba ajtók mind akadtak a padlóba, így nehezebben nyíltak és záródtak. A wifi jelszó nem állt rendelkezésre.
