Nice flat, but a busy street.

Comfortable beds, nice decoration and easy access made this a good stay. Clean and functional. I would recommend

Its passable if you are okay to live near a shady area.

Checkin process is good.

Apartment was damp and smelly. The bedroom sheets were not cleaned. Towels had hair in it. There were medicines from previous guests left near bed. Dishes were wet inside the cupboard. During the checking it would be best if the landlord describes that the main entrance(First door) has no passcode. We were searching for passcode keyboards outside. And the Area is ok, but immediately next to the apartment people were acting super sus. As we were with parents, we were expecting a safer environment. There were SO much noise during the night in the building.

Excellent stay. Highly recommend for families.

I have stayed here with my wife and 2 kids. The apartment has more than enough space and arrangements for all of us to have comfortable stay. I like the cleanliness of the whole building. Location is excellent and very close to tram and train station. Highly recommend for family stays. I will surely book here again when I plan to visit. Special thanks to the wonderful hosts.

Good size apartment but expensive

I liked the kitchen, as it was immaculately clean. I liked the master bedroom and the wardrobe. The living area has nice modern furniture and decor.

I did not like the toilet/shower area, as it was way too compact, and the shower curtain was rusty at the end. The duvet cover was far too big. The small room has no fan at all.

Comfortable and spacious stay of leaving for family of 4.

The facilities of the unit were spacious and clean. The host was easily reachable and responsive on any queries. Food amenities is just below the unit and supermarket was just a few blocks away. Parking lot available but require reservation and given flexibility if lot is not available to park.

Washing machine and dryer machine area is at the basement area and quietly secluded. Timing allowed only between 5pm till 10pm due to some construction going on. Did not manage to used the dryer machine as they are laundry left by the neighbours are not being emptied for other neighbours to used despite 2 dryer machine provided. Other than this, everything is perfect.

Perfect location to travel around as busses and trams and trains are just down the road.

Very easy check in, clean apartment, had everything we needed like coffee machine, kettle, iron, hair dryer etc.

There was no air conditioning but there were fans. Lots of Turkish men hanging around outside at night where the bars were, it felt a little intimidating as a group of girls. But that’s not the apartments fault.

Convenient and comfortable

Location was very convenient. The bus and train stations as well as a Coop supermarket were only a few minutes walk away. The bed was very large and super comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the little bacony and were even able to do some washing as well.

Bathroom was a little cramped, but it was still manageable.

Terrible

Unfortunately, our stay was a major disappointment. The location was extremely poor — the apartment sits directly above a shisha lounge, with access requiring you to walk through it, and there’s also a weed store behind the building. We strongly recommend researching the area thoroughly before booking, as it was a significant deterrent for us. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning or proper ventilation — only a small portable fan and ceiling fan that were ineffective. To make matters worse, the room faced an active construction site, with constant noise and drilling throughout the day. Extremely small bathroom.

Great apartment with easy city center and Hallenstadion access

The property was very nice and the hosts were extremely responsive. The apartment was great for a 2-night stay for a couple. The kitchen was well appointed with essentials and cooking utensils. The parking area in the back was super-convenient and the apartment is easy to find because the hosts provided very detailed information. Beds are comfortable and the water was very hot, which perfect for two showing back to back. We loved the fact that the apartment was 3 min from the metro and tram. Getting to the city center was extremely efficient and quick. It is also less than 10 minutes on foot to Hallenstadion, which was great for us as we were in town for a concert.

The kitchen is very small, but fine for a short stay. The apartment has a ceiling fan, but no A/C. I’m sure this is perfect most of the time, but we arrived on a 30 degree (Celsius) day, so it as a bit warm for sleeping.

Peaceful neighborhood

The floor is dusty. It is dim they provided only 2 dimly lit floor lamp in the living room. Not ideal for family as it is very cramped space. The towels are still moist. Strong food smell coming to your door and windows from restaurants below.

Noisy neighborhood

There is a ceiliing fan in the bedroom which is necessary for air circulation. It is nearly new and in very good condition.

This is a tiny apartment and not room enough for 2 people and no view from the window. The location is on the other side of the tracks from the nicer part of town. There is a big new building going up across the street with alot of noise starting early AM.

Enjoyed this space and location!

Location was great for our needs. Walking distance to many things; such as, train station, town of Oerlikon and shops, one train stop away to the airport, nearby grocery store COOP, about a 5 minute train ride to Zurich City from Oerlikon. Download the SBB App, user friendly and the train day passes are valid for 24 hours. Bretzelhonig is the best Preztel bake shop so be sure to go there. We had such a great visit!!! :) There was a small little problem with the mechanism of the code lock door to our apartment, but Alex and the repairman were great to execute and repair the problem immediately. It happens. Alex, the property owner was great and super quick to respond.

We didn't know about the keycard and the lock box for the washing / drying machines, nor did we know the code to the lockbox. Best thing is to contact the property owner in advance for the lock box code as it is not written anywhere, at least I didn't see it. The bed was fine but maybe a bit over used and the pillows were not comfortable, at least not for us.

The location of the apartment is a short walk away from the train station and a supermarket. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Die Unterkunft lag ganz in der Nähe der Messe Zürich und war deutlich günstiger als viele andere Optionen. Alex, mit dem wir im Vorfeld nur über die Buchung kommuniziert hatten, war äußerst hilfsbereit. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Zürich werden wir definitiv wieder bei ihm buchen.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit falls man nach einem Event im Hallenstadion nicht nach Hause fahren mag.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Als würde man nach Hause kommen. Super Lage (nahe am Hallenstadion). Hat alles was man braucht.

Leider war eine Baustelle in der Nähe. Ausschlafen war somit kein Thema. :) Hat jedoch nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun.

die Lage, direkt am Bahnhof Oerlikon Ost.Viele Tramlinien innerhalb von 2 Min. erreichbar.

Ausstattung minimalistisch: keine Garderobe im Flur, wo man nasse Mäntel oder Jacken hätte aufhängen können; das Bett war mit zu kleinem Laken bezogen, so dass man im Laufe der Nacht auf dem Matratzenschoner schlief; für den Herd gab es keine eine Betriebsanleitung. Sehr wenig Geschirr.

Inicialmente, tivemos problemas com o espaço reservado. Mas Alex e sua equipe foram muito rápidos em resolver e nos conseguiram um outro apartamento muito melhor. Ótimo espaço. Tudo novo, limpo e muito bem cuidado. Voltaremos. Recomendo.

A opção de apartamento menor não nos atendeu porque não tinha sala e mesa de jantar. Sugiro revisar as fotos do anúncio. Depois, quando mudamos de apartamento, tudo melhorou e gostamos de tudo.

Tæt på gode transportmuligheder og forbindelse til byen. Egentlig en god lejlighed med fin plads til en familie med et par børn eller to par.

Desværre ekstremt meget støj fra tog, sporvogn, biler og en byggeplads. Altsammen noget der startede kl 6 om morgenen.
