Lugar muy acogedor y cómodo

This Property is best if you are looking for budget accommodation in istanbul. It is located 12 minutes walk to Takseem square( buses and metro to every where from there) and it is 3 minutes away from a bus station to take buses to almost anywhere. Shops nearby for essentials and very near to taksim square and istaklal street markets. The accommodation overall was very clean and spacious, washrooms were very clean and equipped with toiletries. Rooms were clean and equipped with cupboards. Access to property is very easy and you have your own key for all doors. Kitchen is well equipped and all utensils are there. They have very good sitting area. You can have nice time there. If you are looking for a budget accommodation, it is very best place to stay.

The bedsheets are a bit concerning, you can have your own if you care about cleanliness. No microwave in kitchen, though all other utensils are provided.

Для своей цены комфортно, впринципе все что необходимо было для жизни - было но не более, место комфортное недалеко есть кафешки и магазины и транспорт в шаговой доступности.

Было грузно, мебель в плачевном состоянии, сломалась кровать в первый день заселения, когда располагались гости просто при ситуации когда человек сел на нее она хрустнула а когда лег она сложилась пополам что не свойственно для кровати из металлопрофиля, арендодатель потребовал штраф за это так же стулья были частично поломаны и мы их просто не трогали уже. Бойлер не работал качественно, постоянно скакала вода и сыпалась штукатурка со стен и много проводов висели в голом виде что было очень опасно, не факт что все они были обесточены.
