Very comfortable apartment. All amenities are found in apartment. There is a dishwasher but no swabs although they give you paper rolls. There is even a laundry and baggage hold facilities. There are small shops around the apartment and a small corner food outlet called Tekin Kebap Durum Evi a few blocks away that sells the best durums. Apartment is well located close to main attractions and within walking distance from Istiklal street.

The location was ok. The beds were decent.

Everything was dusty and dirty, especially the bathrooms. The drains in both showers were slow draining which caused the water to overflow. We contacted the owners regarding the shower doors in one of the bathrooms not closing and it took them a day to respond and another day to try to repair. It was still not closing properly- they just removed the wheels at the bottom and left dirt and screws on the shower floor. The towels provided were quite small and there were not any extras. The bathroom mats have not been washed. There was no hook to place a towel in either bathroom. The front door had big gaps that allowed cold air to come in easily. The windows in two of the rooms were looking at a very narrow space facing another building and there was visible trash left at the bottom. There were no trash containers that we could see and there was nothing in the description to point to any. We observed bags with trash left in the street in front of the building. Overall disappointing considering how much we loved the city and our stay.
