Było jak w domu. Cicho, spokojnie, doskonała lokalizacja
Brak telewizji naziemnej - nie mogłem np. obejrzeć mundialu.Dostępny jedynie Netflix i nieco z Polsatu(wszystko kodowane ).Ale przecież opłaciłem lokum na JMJarra

Spore wyposażenie, m.in. suszarka, sztućce, kubki, a nawet i korkociąg oraz kieliszki. Czysto. TV działał, choć bez kanałów naziemnych, ale można było podłączyć się do internetu. Żaluzje i zasłony w oknach.
Było widać, że materac ma swoje najlepsze czasy za sobą. Było zimno, grzejniki nie grzały, choć ciężko to mieć jakiekolwiek pretensje do właścicieli lokalu. Ewentualnie dodatkowy koc byłby spoko. Przy łóżku brak było możliwości położenia telefonu czy też innych drobiazgów.
