Świetna lokalizacja, my mieliśmy kilkanaście minut spacerem na stadion, ale jeżdżą też liczne autobusy. Galeria handlowa po drugiej stronie ulicy, Żabka i Biedronka 4 minuty pieszo od lokalu. Cicho, spokojnie. Apartament wygodny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Prosty i dogodny system wejścia i odbioru kluczy.
Może to przejściowe kłopoty, ale trzeba koniecznie poprawić poziom czystości. Łóżko i pościel ok, ale na przedmiotach kurz, a łazienka słabo sprzątnięta. Nie należę do czepialskich, ale w obiekcie noclegowym powinna być nieskazitelna czystość.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Super lokalizacja wystarczyło przejść przez ulicę, aby zrobić zakupy w dużej galerii handlowej. Nie było problemu z parkingiem, a na starówkę da się bez problemu dojść na pieszo. Mieszkanie czyste.
Lokal wynajęliśmy w maju w nocy temperatura spadła do około zera i w mieszkaniu było zimno nie do wytrzymania. Grzejniki po rozkręceniu na mx były dalej zimne. Nie było żadnej możliwości dogrzania się. W ciągu dnia wychodziliśmy z mieszkania, aby się ogrzać, a w nocy nie było mowy żeby wystawić nos z pod kołdry. Katastrofa!!! Jadąc nastawiliśmy się, że będzie na dworze koło 10 stopni, ale nie spodziewałem się, że w mieszkaniu będę musiał nosić bieliznę termiczną na to spodnie i bluza.

Nowoczesny budynek, telewizja (dużo kanałów), ładnie, przytulnie, gustownie. Były czyste ręczniki.
