Urbanstay Haeundae Station

The room view was amazing and the location was perfect.

住宿位置超群，B1直接與海雲台站連通, 大樓一樓內部互通，可直接進到便利商店與咖啡廳，下雨天也不用擔心淋濕。附近居住機能極佳，餐廳、便利商店、購物都方便。住宿寬敞，三人住起來很舒服。無人check in使用密碼鎖也很方便。 許多評論有提到住宿在高樓層，電梯需要等待許久。實際上我們在住宿期間時，電梯等候沒有想像中那麼久，都還在可容許的範圍中。

五樓聯合櫃台也沒有常駐服務人員。玄關燈泡壞了，以及需要多索取備品時都不是很容易及時找到服務人員，而必須使用住宿內提供的QR code諮詢。但只要連絡上了，服務人員都非常快回應(正常上下班時間比較容易及時回覆)。 搭乘電梯也需要先使用密碼，如果手上有拿東西或是離按鈕較遠(或被其他同電梯的人擋住)按密碼就會有困難，此時就覺得如果能同時可提供電梯感應卡在公寓, check in後可讓房客直接使用就更方便。

Comfortable and spacious room. Big bath. Great view of the main high street. Right next to the station with a convenience store on the ground floor. Good sized tv in main living area. Effective air-conditioning system. Coffee machine with pods, and good kitchen facilities (microwave, pots n pans etc). Easy check in - get sent a code and you go in.

Awful elevator system - 42 floors + 5 basement floors but only 4 elevators for all of them. Expect to wait a lot during busy periods. 1.5 toilets rolls provided for 2 people for 4 days (not enough). Tv in the bedroom didn't work. Could do with laundry facilities somewhere in the building, but there is a coin laundrette 5 mins away so not an issue. Sulphur smell from bathroom drains occasionally. Hot water goes lukewarm due to limited boiler tank capacity. Can be an issue for 2+ people staying together.

This is a managed apartment, not a hotel so there are no staff or service. The room was fine but definitely old and worn. Since there is no service, you dont get new towels or the bed made.

Rooms aren’t serviced, facilities are old and the lift takes awhile.
