Apartment was spacious and clean inside (windows is a different story, probably not the host's responsibility). Easy to check-in and out, exhaustive and advance instructions on how to find the place, with photos and guidance. Some very helpful appliances (e.g. washing machine), conveniently located with many stores, cafes and restaurants nearby, and the beach in the short walking distance. Ongoing availability of the host online, quickly answering any questions

Some amenities were missing in the kitchen. For example, a table knife (or a few) to spread the butter or jam, or tea spoons (we found bigger plastics ones though, but for a kitchen of this size a bit more cutlery would not be excessive). A rice cooker is great, but not sure anyone traveling would be really using it. A frying pan, however, would be more appreciated, I guess, to fry eggs for breakfast. The dish washing liquid in the kitchen smelled some strong chemical solution, more suitable for washing floors or toilets, definitely not dishes. We bought a new one. There was one chair in the whole apartment. High bar stools and a bench in the kitchen help to sit around the "bar" counter, but another chair would be a good idea. The building is high- 22 floors + a few underground levels, and only 2 lifts, always busy. Not a negative factor, but to keep in mind. Windows were dirty, especially visible on a sunny day. I guess, this is the entire property management problem, so do not complain, just point it out.

Not enough places to hang your towel or used clothes.

일단 가장 먼저 체크하는 것이 화장실인데, 너무나 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 5명이 한 호실, 혹은 투룸에서 지내는걸로 치면 이 가격이면 괜찮다고 봅니다. 세탁+건조되어서 좋았습니다. 사장님이 연락이 바로바로 되어서 모든 문제가 잘 해결됩니다.

저희는 차로 왔다갔다 해서 큰 문제는 아니었지만, 해운대 자체와는 조금 거리가 있어서, 갈 때는 몰라도 올 때는 힘든 몸으로 오기에 조금 힘들 것 같습니다.
