Very nice management, lovely pool and a very clean room 👌

Бронировали на 2 дня, а остались на 4. Супер отзывчивый персонал, классная территория и возможность без проблем взять байк в аренду на ресепшен. Позавтракать можно в кафе на территории или доехав за 5 минут до пляжа. Советую брать домики с 2 спальнями, даже если путешествуете вдвоем. Все остальные варианты менее привлекательны.

Pros: Comfortable Room: The bungalow room itself was very comfortable, featuring a great TV and a cozy bed (though the pillows were too large and hard). Amenities & Location: The pool area is nice, the shared public kitchen is very useful, and there are cute cats on the property. The location is a pleasant 1.5 km walk to the beach and quite affordable. General Staff: Most of the daily staff were polite enough.

Cons: Severe Infestation & Bad Management: On our very last night of a 3-week stay, we discovered a massive cockroach infestation (a dead roach, an egg sack, and live babies) inside the dresser drawers where our clothes were stored. Management completely refused to offer any compensation or apologize, even though we only asked for a refund for the final night. (Thankfully, Booking.com customer service stepped in and resolved it generously). Lackluster & Fragmented Service: The service felt unprofessional at times. When asking to change rooms due to loud construction, the staff kept changing the upgraded room price three different times after checking with the manager. It felt like haggling at a market rather than staying at a resort. Another time, a housekeeper completely ignored me and waved her hand dismissively when I politely tried to ask to borrow a broom to sweep ash off our patio. Construction & Noise: There was a massive construction wall blocking our terrace view, and loud construction noise went on all day, making mornings in the bungalow very disruptive. Food & Drinks: The food and drinks at the resort are terrible. I do not recommend eating here. Property Maintenance: The pool was not cleaned consistently and was often full of bugs. Basic housekeeping tasks, like emptying the outdoor ashtray daily, were ignored. One night, the bathroom filled with a strong urine smell, likely from a pipe backup. Safety Hazard: The bathroom floor becomes incredibly slippery when wet and is quite dangerous. Final Thoughts: With major improvements to customer service, attentiveness, and a willingness to handle difficult situations professionally, this could be a beautiful, secluded place to stay. Until they learn to acknowledge mistakes and properly manage environmental issues, I cannot recommend it.
