I think they need an instruction book of what’s expected in the unit as far as better directions for Wi-Fi, How often they clean, the toiletries did not include toilet paper, who the host contact is, location is not good if you spend more time in the south part of Chalong had a very bad ant problem

Really modern apartment in a villa, shared with another apartment. The main bedroom is very spacious and nice. The agent was very helpful, and always available. He also helped with scooter hire and airport transfers.
The swimming pool is shared with the other apartment, this was not made clear in the description. The building location is in a fairly run down area, so to get anywhere guests need a scooter or a car. Walls are very thin and the guests in the adjoining apartment were very noisy during the night. No washing machine but there’s a laundry service one minute walk away. The second bedroom has no windows. Cleaning needs to improve.
