The large back deck accessed from this area is ideal for outdoor dining or that morning cup of coffee.

The beautiful, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and is a chef's dream. The remodeled wooden cabinets allow for plenty of storage, and the open layout makes it easy to seamlessly multitask. The walkout lower level offers a generous rec room, private office, the fourth bedroom complete with a queen bed, and a twin over queen bunk bed, ensuite bath, and an oversize bonus room. The basement sliding doors open to a second patio and a grass backyard, allowing even more space. You will be delighted by the huge basement TV, perfect for a movie night.

There is also a park within walking distance, and plenty of nearby hikes. Located less than ten minutes from both Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts and shops, Blue Skies is the perfect home and the ultimate mountain experience.

You will receive an invitation to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

All Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
