Отличная локация квартиры! С окна видны горы!! Рядом Арбат Жибек-жолы, парк 28 панфиловцев (в парке зимой каток) храм Вознесенский, зеленый базар, обменный пункт , ну и великое множество ресторанов, кафе и различного рода заведений, где можно вкусно поесть или заказать еду.

The aparment has a very nice loaction within the city center of Almaty. The host is very responsive on Whatsapp and made sure we got everything we need. The aparment has everything one might meed and the washing machine is very convenient.

Location
1. Accessibility (A. carry all the luggages and walk up to the building door then continue walk up to the 5th floor - strongly not recommend for seniors or the ones with health problem, B. have to pass main gate, building door, and the room door to reach the room.) 2. Room condition (old room with musty smell, poor ventilation - strong smell of cigarette from the vent in the bathroom in the morning) 3. Bedroom (very dim, musty pillows and blanket)
