Lovely location. Lots space and large garden. Lovely fire pit for braai etc Hosts are lovely couple and showed us round there farm animals when we asked. Would go out of their way to make enjoyable stay. Accommodation had everything we needed

All great Maybe wifi would be good for others. We had cell internet roaming so no worries for us

It was a beautiful old cottage on a lovely farm just outside Stilbaai. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our four-legged child loved the farm, and he was safe as the cottage was fenced in. There are sheep and Rita and Nicos lovely dogs. They were so welcoming and accommodating. The cottage was so well stocked it felt like home. Will definitely return to the Barn Owl Cottage. It is not far from Stilbaai. It is easily accessible by car. Thank you, Nico and Rita for a lovely stay.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Barn Owl Cottage. It was a true breath of fresh air—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The property is beautifully maintained, with charming touches that made us feel right at home. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the tranquil surroundings was exactly what we needed to recharge. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, ideal for a relaxing family getaway. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details and the warm hospitality. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. We would definitely go back again—this place is a gem!
