The MountainJewel Villa فيلا جوهرة الجبل

The view was splendid and the villa is really near the Balcony Walk and well situated. The villa is really great and we enjoyed our stay over there... We strongly recommend this place if you pass by !

The property was clean everywhere else and comfortable. However there was a weird smell in the bathrooms upstairs. The bathroom floors need to be throughly cleaned!

The upstairs smelled weird. The bathrooms smelled funny and they needed to be cleaned.

Fantastic property and facilities in an excellent location next to Jebel Shams View Point. The property is brand new and has a fantastic grill for outdoor BBQs, as well as a multitude of other facilities. We spent our evening sitting outside as the weather was lovely, and given that the property is situated

Accessing the property requires driving off-road for a while, but that should not be an issue as driving to Jebel Shams entails driving off-road anyway. Typical of many properties in Oman, the showers have no curtains or barriers from the rest of the bathroom and the water is not as hot as we would have liked. As for the property owner, he is very particular about the number of guests so do make sure to not exceed the number of guests stipulated on the website. He is also a bit much with all the communication and messaging.
