Практический все идеально! Дом светлый, с хорошим ремонтом. Есть все удобства и в хорошем качестве: кондиционер, фен, утюг и т.д. Множество заведений расположены рядом.

Большая площадь Более или менее чисто (только волосы в тумбочках + в подъезде перед дверью в квартиру было разлито что-то липкое малиновое)
Нестабильный интернет, приходилось 6! раз перезагружать роутер за вечер, работать невозможно. Перед нами ни разу не извинились за принесенные неудобства. Вход во двор через калитку, на основной двери в подъезд домофон, от которых нет ключа до входа в квартиру и никто не встречает, даже не предупреждают об этих неудобствах заранее.
