Opłata klimatyczna pobrana w booking za jedną osobę i w obiekcie kolejna za dwie osoby było nas dwoje. Błędny opis strefy spa na miejscu dostępna sauna sucha, sauna z lampami na podczerwień i grota solna oraz jacuzzi.
Codziennie od siódmej rano trwały prace związane z budową sąsiadującego budynku . Utwardzanie nawierzchni zagęszczarkami cięcie betonu piłami tarczowymi . Nawet przy zamkniętych oknach nie da się wytrzymać w pokoju. Moim zdaniem jest to nieuczciwe że o takim ważnym fakcie jak budowa pod oknem kolejnego budynku nie ma informacji. Przestrzegam przed takim postępowaniem kolejnych chętnych na próbę wypoczynku przed rezerwacją idąc numerologią tego obiektu budynek c będzie miał podobnie bo już się buduje budynek d.
Po pięciu dniach pobytu samochód pozostawiony na parkingu nadawał się tylko do mycia przed powrotem do domu taki był zakurzony.
W budynku b w którym nas ,, goszczono " każda próba ugotowania obiadu przy zamkniętych oknach i włączonym na max okapem kończyła się uruchomieniem alarmu pożarowego i biegiem do centralki na parterze źle lub w ogóle nie skonfrontowane czujki dymu.Zatem jeżeli lubicie gotować przy włączonej klimatyzacji na full okapu na max obrotach i otwartych wszystkich okien zza których dochodzi dźwięk z budowy który jest najgłośniejszy to życzę smacznego.
Kolejnym tematem choć nie związanym bezpośrednio z obiektem jest umiejscowienie w tej części Grzybowa firmy produkcyjnej , która gwarantuje niezapomniane wrażenia zapachowe.
W skrócie na plaży i okolicy śmierdzi kiszonką, gnojówką zapach jest nie do zniesienia.
A co za tym idzie odległość od obiektu do plaży na której nie śmierdzi wydłuża się do kilku kilometrów.
Podsumowując sam apartament bez zarzutu.
Brawo dla właściciela.
Natomiast nieuczciwość firmy obsługującej apartamenty nie do przyjęcia.
Dziwi mnie również że władze Grzybowa nie potrafią sobie poradzić z firmą która ma taki negatywny wpływ na wrażenia gości z których jak myślę ta miejscowość się utrzymuję.

Lokalizacja blisko plaży. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Ładne mieszkanie. Duży taras. Szybkie rozwiązywanie problemów i niedogodności przez personel. Strefa spa fajny dodatek.
Budowa w sąsiedztwie, prześcieradło nieodpowiednie, niedokładnie posprzątane mieszkanie. Niepasujący kluczyk do blokady parkingu. Brakowało szlafroków

Wszystko było blisko siebie, strefa zamknięta dla osób z poza obiektu, co dodaje bezpieczeństwa dla osób korzystających z wypoczynku. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo czysto.
