Świetna lokalizacja obiektu. Komfortowe warunki. Pokój bardzo czysty.Moeksce na rowery. Prywatny parking. Furtka otwierana na kod. Uprzejmy właściciel oraz personel sprzątający.
Jedynym mankamentem była trudno rozkładająca się kanapa.
