Geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top: gute An- und Ausfahrt mit dem PKW, dennoch in Gehdistanz zur autofreien Zone mit Läden und vielen Restaurants. Verwalter ist nett und hilfsbereit. Kontakt bei Fragen hat gut geklappt.Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber im 1.Stock gibt es eine Gemeinschafts-Küche, die alternativ mitbenutzt werden kann. Schöne grosse Dusche.

Wir waren überrascht.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Schnelle und ausführliche Antwort auf unsere Frage des Eincheckens. Es hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Die elegante Zimmerwohnung ist so wie abgebildet und beschrieben. Dazu kommt, dass viele Hinweise vorhanden waren. Wir fanden das sehr hilfreich und gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hatte viele Lichtquellen, Grünpflanzen, viel Platz zum Ablegen. Die Küche wäre für uns für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu klein, aber für auch da ist viel vorhanden. Wir werden diese Zimmerwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen. Den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, fanden wir auch gut.
