If owner was adequate - it would have been a good price for money.

The flat itself is nice and not far from the S-train.

The host is ill-bred and unpredictable. My wife stayed at this property for 2 weeks, and once she had left - he called her on phone and he was yelling about some garbage left in the trash bin (since she was leaving 5 AM for the flight, - couldn't throw it out), dirty kitchen (even though she cleaned all the dishes), and even "unchanged sheets" (WHAT??) - "other people have to stay here - how did you leave the flat for them?!" was his reasoning. That's ridiculous expecting your guests to do a full cleaning and changing the bed after their stay (moreover, without prior notice). Both me and my wife are active travelers with few tripe per year on average, - and never before did we face such accusations! Other hosts would usually meet the guest, show how everything works, or at least send facility staying policy prior to arrival with clear instructions on how to get keys and how to use equipment. Also they would normally offer an intermediary cleaning over a 2-week stay. None of that is true about the owner of this apartment - his first encounter was phone call with yells.

Superb

we stayed in this great apartment for 1 week while visiting my daughter. good value for money in a great location. it had everything that is needed for a short or long stay. equipped with a mini kitchen free WiFi and parking even Netflix. everything was clean and modern with a stylish bathroom. the bed was comfy and great views from the balcony. we will be returning in the near future.

the only reason why I didn't score this as a 10/10 is because of the lady next door who was very loud until late hours . but it was not constant so please don't let this put you off staying there.. it's well worth it.

Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würde mich sofort wieder hier einbuchen.

Gemütliches Appartement mit super Anbindung an den ÖPNV . Gepflegte Ausstattung mit kleinem Balkon. Alles da was man braucht um sich hier wohl zu fühlen. Ein schönes, modernes Bad rundet den Aufenthalt ab. TG Stellplatz ist ebenfalls inklusive.

Keine Dinge zu bemängeln.

Das Appartement war sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe war pünktlich und unkompliziert. Der Vermieter hat früheres check in und späteres check out ermöglicht

Super situiert, die Straßenbahn nach Basel direkt vor der Tür. Sehr sauber, nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Die Lage der Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Der Balkon war mit Taubenkot übersät, hinter den Nachttischen lagen Müll und viel Staub. Wegen des starken Straßenlärms konnte man mit geöffnetem Fenster nicht schlafen. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier waren nur in unzureichender Menge vorhanden. Am schlimmsten war jedoch, dass der Gastgeber eine falsche Telefonnummer hinterlegt hatte, sodass wir fast zwei Stunden warten mussten, bis wir in die Wohnung konnten – das hat den Start unseres Aufenthalts leider erheblich beeinträchtigt.

Gemütlich und zweckmässig für Kurzaufenthalt

+ gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet + bequemes Bett + Privatsphäre im obersten Stock mit kleinem Balkon + netter Vermieter, der erreichnar ist und Probleme schnell löst + Parkplatz dabei (Achtung: nur Autos bis 1.50m Höhe!) + zentrale Lage zwischen Basel und Lörrach + sehr empfehlenswertes Asia-Restaurant gerade daneben (NGON)

- Strassenlärm - Parkplatz nur für kleine Autos. Wäre gut aus der Beschreibung zu wissen, dann hätten wir uns anders organisiert (keine öffentlichen PP Gelegenheiten in der nächsten Umgebung) - Rolladen klemmt

Praktische Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet, alles wie beschrieben. Der Balkon war super, insbesondere bei dem heißen Wetter, wo es drinnen sehr stickig war. Die Lage ist ungemein praktisch für die Anbindung nach Basel mit der Tram.

Gestört haben nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Jalousie klemmte und ließ sich nicht mehr hochziehen, das Wasser in der Dusche floss nicht richtig ab, es gab kein Trockentuch für das Geschirr. Leider hat auch das WLAN nicht funktioniert, weil das Kabel defekt war. Der Gastgeber hat aber direkt Hilfe angeboten. Die Wohnung ist im Sommer sehr heiß, auch wenn man nachts lüftet und tags die Jalousien herunterlässt.

Sehr gute Alternative im Vergleich zu den sehr teuren schweizerischen Unterkünften in Basel.

Die Lage war sehr gut, fast direkt an der Schweizer Grenze, die Basler Straßenbahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Appartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Très agréable séjour

L’excellent support de Dogan qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions.

2 portes intérieures à ajuster afin de faciliter leur fermeture. Nous suggérons d’ajouter un sèche-cheveux ( si il y en avait un, nous ne l’avons pas trouvé). La hauteur maximale d’accès au parking sous-terrain n’est pas indiquée et j’ai renoncé à essayer ayant un van.
