The size was perfect for our family group. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the quirkiness of the property. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Queries were dealt with promptly. Easy to walk into Tintagel and Beach.
Could have done with an Alexa or something similar to play music whilst cooking. A 10am check out would have been nicer, getting up tired children on the last day early was not fun 🤣

Great location and great communication with the owner
The house and furnishings were very tired and the property and garden are shared with a neighbour, the hot tub was out of action for most of our stay and had a 6pm kerfew, also was away from the house with brambles on route. We have no issues with rustic, but this was a little more than rustic. 9am check out 5pm check in If we knew about the kerfews and check In/out times and shared plot at the time of booking, then we would not have booked
