The members of the staff were excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Valet as always prompt with our car. Hotel room was roomy and very clean.
Location was a little further from center of downtown than we anticipated.

We reserved a king bed room for our honeymoon. They gave us a room with 2 beds and said they were overbooked. No sympathy, no accommodation. Very disappointed.

Expensive parking, Bottled water that is only free for members, taking two elevators to get to the room, paper thin walls, house keeping not refilling coffee capsules, no laundry room, no bathrobe, no slippers, unfinished room
