L'apparamento è grande
il bidet non funzionava, la lavatrice non funzionava, il proprietario ha promesso di inviare un tecnico che non è mai arrivato. Ho chiesto un rimborso parziale, se ne è lavato le mani dicendomi di scrivere a Booking. Ho quindi scritto a Booking che ha provato a contattare per settimane il proprietario senza alcuna risposta, dopo 30 giorni e un po' di chiamate son riuscito a far procedere con la pratica e ottenere un piccolo buono viaggio accreditato sull'account.
