Asunto oli valoisa ja juuri remontoitu. Tilat olivat isot ja asunnon sijainti oli erinomainen, sillä leipomo oli toisella puolella tietä ja kahviloita oli myös lähistöllä. Auton sai aina parkkiin asunnon lähelle. Kaunis talo ja puutarha.
Liikenne kuului melko hyvin asuntoon. Asunnossa kaikui, sillä kalusteita ei ollut riittävästi ja kalustaminen oli varmaan melko vaiheessa koska remontti oli luultavasti juuri valmistunut. Asuntoon voisi hankkia jotain mattoja, keittiön pöytä ja tuolit olivat muovisia luultavasti ulkokäyttöön tarkotettuja sekä ulkona pihalla ei ollut istumapaikkoja, mikä oli harmi. Keittiöstä puuttui kunnon lajittelu asema sekä veitsiä ei ollut ollenkaan keittiössä, mikä teki ruoan laitosta vähän vaikeaa.

Das Haus ist schön, sehr sauber. Gut gelegen.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hat das Gefühl man schläft auf der Straße, die kaputte Klingel beim Bäcker gegenüber ist so laut, dass man geweckt wird, dazu kommst ständiger Autoverkehr. In der Küche fehlen paar Sachen, wie ein normales Messer, Müll Sortierer und eventuell Wasserkocher.
