This spacious apartment is an absolute gem, boasting a roomy, well-designed layout that offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Its prime location puts you just steps from the beach, making spontaneous dips in the ocean or sunset strolls incredibly easy. Convenience is the theme of this stay, with a vibrant selection of local restaurants, bars, and shops right on your doorstep. Plus, with a tram station only moments away, exploring the wider area is entirely hassle-free, making this the ultimate stress-free holiday base.

The stay was slightly let down by a lack of basic guest information, including missing instructions for checkout, rubbish disposal, and appliance quirks, alongside a broken bathroom light that had us relying on our phone lights. Overall, we rated our stay a 9 out of 10. That minor one-point deduction is simply for these easily fixable gaps in communication and upkeep, which are the only things holding this otherwise great place back from being absolutely exceptional.

Perfekte Lage, 1min Fußweg zum Meer. Beach Bars, Restaurants, Café alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wohnung ist im 5. Stock, schöne Aussicht auf einen Minigolfanlage. Die Wohnung ist mit Aufzug erreichbar und sehr groß und sauber. Gepflegte Wohnanlage. Vermieter gut erreichbar per SMS oder WhatsApp. Gute neue Elektrogeräte in der Küche, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine top.

Die Wohnung lässt sich auch von innen nur mit einem Schlüssel öffnen. Sehr gefährlich aus Brandschutzaspekten. Wenn man den Schlüssel von außen stecken lässt und die Tür zufällt, kommt man nicht mehr raus. Das Licht im Bad funktionierte nicht. Da es auch kein Fenster im Bad gibt, war es sehr dunkel. Das Problem wurde auch nach Meldung nicht vom Vermieter behoben. Balkon im Schlafzimmer sehr ungepflegt/dreckig. Insgesamt ist die Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.
