We went for one night therefore the apartment served our purpose.

Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Humidity smell. Noisy neighbors. Difficult to park.

Value for money, but definitely needs some improvement

The location was excellent, very close to beach and market. Overall price was good for the facility and location.

Underground bedroom heater was not working. We had to do all the linen works including putting quilt cover/ bed cover/ pillow cover before using. This was very tough and tiring considering we checked in very late and with kids. It is expected that the host does this part of the work (I understand the part of removing the linen and putting it for washing, which is fine with me but not putting it). Bedsheets and towels were very old and used a lot. It was not a nice experience. The wash basin in the washroom was blocked and could not be used, toilets were out of toilet paper. Kettle had lot of calcium deposits, need descaling immediately.

Found it very difficult disposing of the rubbish in very silly bins for 1€. But this I found wasn't very easy to do. Cleaning the floors as well. I did wonder what the 250 euros was for.

Too high price with too many house rules.

Good and quite location.

No place for ventilation, small living area for more than 4 people. It should have been good if the owner would have explicitly mentioned about it. Also, cleaning house is OK but doing vacuum cleaning before vacating the apartment is something a mood spoiler for travellers staying for 1 night. Plus if you don't throw the bin then it will charge you 10 euro per bin. All these conditions house rules should be explained on the site so that Travellers may decide if they are willing to do all these stuffs for 1 night stay...or better to stay somewhere else. Price for apartment was way too high for 1 night with all these things to be done by the travellers himself/herself.

Schade , eigentlich süße Wohnung und tolle Lage aber auf Grund des Gestanks ...NIE WIEDER !!!

Die Unterkunft an sich war ganz süß, es war sauber in der Wohnung selber

Aus den Schlafräumen schaut man in einen verdreckten kleinen Innenhof und Fassaden , Auf grund von irgendwelchen Rohrproblemen riecht es in der ganzen Wohnung einfach nur ganz ganz eklig und unangenehm ... Fenster öffnen zu den Schlafzimmern nicht möglich da kommt dann der Urin und sonstiger Gestank rein... wir waren 3 Tage vor Ort unsere Freunde , die im unteren Schlafzimmer schlafen sollten , sind in ein Hotel gezogen ,weil es so eklig gerochen hat und sie Schwager es nicht aushalten konnte, wir waren nur zum schlafen dort und haben abends eine Dose Duftspray gesprüht um es irgendwie zu ertragen ....

Juste l emplacement

Alors ici je n ai vraiment rien apprécié malheureusement quand nous arrivons et que nous ouvrons la porte de l immeuble infecte, une odeur de chien mouillé insoutenable et ne parlons pas de la propreté du couloir dégoûtant . Ensuite ce qui concerne l appartement point de vue équipement c est correcte mais la propreté 0 vous passez la porte difficile de respirer vous avez une odeur d humidité insoutenable, ensuite la chambre du haut niveau fenetre tout le long remplie de noir de moisissure tellement qu il y a de l humidité photo a l appui et de plus vous ouvrez les fenêtres en espérant aérer ben non car celle ci donne sur une cour qui elle même est sale de chez sale infecte ensuite la chambre du bas la oh la la impossible de dormir dans cette chambre car glacial tellement qu elle est remplie d humidité et la de nouveau impossible d aérer car la derrière les fenêtres c est un mur de blocs d ailleurs dans les chambres il y a un récupérateur d humidité sur les appuies de fenetres alors en ce qui concerne les matelas à fuir c est parce que nous aurions été dehors autrement nous n aurions jamais dormi la dessus tâche jaune sur le matelas de la chambre du haut et celle du bas mon dieu énorme tâche de sang à vue d œil d oreole en tout genre dégoûtant de faire dormir des gens sur de tel matelas hygiène à fuir si vous voulez pas choper quelque chose . Dans tout les cas cet endroit devrait être interdit à la location.
