Great location inside the old quarter of Logroño. House is accessible with a car using narrow streets of the old city, as long as you don't leave the car in the old quarters. This will be helpful to unload bags and stuff when entering the building, and also loading them back to the car when leaving. When not using the car, it can be parked at a free parking lot at a short walking distance, which is on the southern bank Ebro River. The flat we stayed has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. There is a vending machine at the entrance and a lift is available to reach flats at upper floors. There is a heating system, too, but we did not need that in summer.

The only detail is absence is of air conditioning, which might be impossible to install at this historical stone building.

Ubicación inmejorable, piso muy bien situado!! Todas las facilidades, camas cómodas, cocina equipada y un par de balcones muy agradables

No pusieron toallas suficientes, pedimos alguna adicional y nos quisieron cobrar suplemento. Además, no había aire acondicionado, solo tres ventiladores (para dos pisos) de los cuales solo uno tenía fuerza.
