Lo céntrico, que estaba bien ambientado, que estaba limpio, en general decente.

Pues que el agua caliente se estropeaba y no lo arreglaban con celeridad. La caldera es como del 1967. Pero salvando eso, todo genial.

The apartment was spacious and cosy. The floors, beds and towels were clean. The helpline customer service on Whatsapp was very prompt in responding. There is a large beautiful park within walking distance and you can walk all the way to the Caves of Mount Cantabria.

Instructions on key collection, access to apartment and parking were in local language texts and videos (Spanish). For non-Spanish tourists like us, English text and subtitles would have been helpful. We arrived in the middle of a heat wave on Saturday and forget to preorder a fan, so had to wait 3 days for the fan to arrive on Monday. I think 2 fans would have been ideal for an apartment of this size. We opened windows at night and doors were slamming due to the wind. Door stoppers would be useful - if not your doors might be damaged sooner than expected.

Hi havia un grup de joves allotjats i no respectava el silenci. Tampoc hi ha aire acondicionat.

Appartement spacieux avec emplacement parking réservé, personnel disponible via WhatsApp.

L'insonorisation est catastrophique, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les autres appartements, voix, enfants qui courent, toilettes et douches, on a l'impression d'être dans le même appartement (et nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir eu des voisins très bruyants la deuxième nuit).... Décoration, mobilier et équipements vieillots. Le sol était sale. Procédure d'entrée inutilement compliquée (mais personnel très disponible via WhatsApp). Une des deux toilettes ne pouvait pas être utilisée à cause d'une fuite. Il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement malgré tous les volets fermés (30° à l'intérieur, alors qu'il faisait 36° dehors).
