This was a great value for the area, given that most stuff is now overpriced. There are 4 rooms and a shared kitchen. Very small and intimate, but in a good way. It's central, but not close to most of your destinations. 15 min to Balangan, 20-25 to Bingin, 25-30 to Uluwatu proper. It's clean and quiet, plus the staff is very friendly and do a good job cleaning. Wifi worked well.
The only real downside was the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING next door. At least in room 2, you could hear everything in room 1.
