This house is probably the most beautiful house you may ever stay in! It is amazing, comfortable, the location is great just a short bus station or a walk. I wish I had stayed longer. We only did two nights and wish we did three or four. We use the cooking facilities in the kitchen after going to a supermarket in town. It is technologically advanced and it was really awesome, the indoor bath and sauna / cold plunge were great, kitchen was well stocked. We were just a couple and didn’t use upstairs at all but there was a second toilet up there. Smart TV in the main bedroom was working well.

Though having all of the technology was great, we wish there were more detailed instructions with some of the appliances like the washing machine and the hot water and filling the bath. The outdoor bath is cold water only- the host did not answer my question so the communication isn’t great. Wish there was a TV in the main living space.

Everything. What an experience of Nara!

The only mini issue is that there was just one bathroom… gor a group of 10 it could me a mild issue. Suggestion - Why not adding a second shower on the upper floor?

The room was stylish and impeccably clean; as someone who is extremely prone to allergies, I experienced absolutely no discomfort. The setting was peaceful and the location excellent—just a six-minute walk to Todai-ji Temple. In terms of value for money, the accommodation was flawless. The only downside was that breakfast was listed at the time of booking but wasn't actually provided; however, this minor issue didn't overshadow the overall experience. I really liked the place and still give it a perfect rating.

It was not possible to contact the staff in a timely manner.

* The traditional style and gorgeous design (during the day) * Very big ans spacious * Great location near Nara Park and also w few minutes walk to the city center. * Very calm Neighborhood

* (Personal preference) Too much “glass walls” that cannot be covered (in the living room) which makes it really scary at night specially that it’s hard to see outside because of the reflection. * Would have been better if there were some instructions manual (how to turn on hot water, how to use the sauna…) * Check-in was smooth and autonomous, but the staff may take some time to respond to messages.
