The room was stylish and impeccably clean; as someone who is extremely prone to allergies, I experienced absolutely no discomfort. The setting was peaceful and the location excellent—just a six-minute walk to Todai-ji Temple. In terms of value for money, the accommodation was flawless. The only downside was that breakfast was listed at the time of booking but wasn't actually provided; however, this minor issue didn't overshadow the overall experience. I really liked the place and still give it a perfect rating.

It was not possible to contact the staff in a timely manner.

The location was absolutely superb. A few steps from Nara Park. It was so close to the Todaiji Main building. You have the park to yourself first thing in the morning and the end of the day. The design of the house is stunning. The natural light and the underfloor heating make the whole space so comfortable. The breakfast was also generous and delicious.

Great building design, beautiful home. Even closer to the Daibutsuden than I realized by trail. Listing said 1 bathroom, but there were also (2 ) half baths with sinks and commodes. Nice welcome snack and beverage.

Could have used an English language "cheat sheet" for the washer/dryer machine.

* The traditional style and gorgeous design (during the day) * Very big ans spacious * Great location near Nara Park and also w few minutes walk to the city center. * Very calm Neighborhood

* (Personal preference) Too much “glass walls” that cannot be covered (in the living room) which makes it really scary at night specially that it’s hard to see outside because of the reflection. * Would have been better if there were some instructions manual (how to turn on hot water, how to use the sauna…) * Check-in was smooth and autonomous, but the staff may take some time to respond to messages.
