cozy townhouse in the central of Hanoi !

Super central apartment. You can go anywhere on foot. . Very helpful and responsive owner. AC is working well. Efficient bathroom.I wanted to stay lobger because the location and the price beats all the negatives.

Very narrow and steep stairs (2 flights). The owner helped with bags for an extra payment. There is no chair to sit on, just a very old and uncomfortable sofa (remediated with a folded comforter). There is nothing to cook on, just a rice pot.The whole apartment needs a deep cleaning. It wasn't very dirty, but it's old and need a good scrub. The owner was very prompt on remediating some smaller issues. It was not the owner's fault ,but there was lots of noise from the neighbors, some automatic, loud announcments every morning,and a guy screaming Karaoke for hours ( a favorite Vietnamese pastime). I wanted to stay lobger because the location and the price beats all the negatives.

A very characterful little apartment in a very central position in the ancient quarter. The place has a kettle, fridge and your own kitchen if needed. Confortable bed in the mezzanine upstairs.

The apartment was very cold and little did the aircon to help: it could do with a proper heater. The towels smelled damp, and the fact the apartment was cold didn't help. When we arrived they asked us to pay the property in cash even if during the reservation it was stated they accepted card payments.

Excellent location, but far enough away from the street for privacy and noise reduction.

No reason to try and come up with little things. For the price, it was great.

Great little place in the old quarter, decent wifi

Bed is uncomfortable, it is on 3rd floor with no elevator
