Everything. Location was good for my dad, with the cafe downstairs. It was spacious and comfortable for him to rest.
The rubbish that was left in the carpark not sure by who. The neighbour had a kid that cried a lot.

It was nice and modern and suited our needs perfectly.
Unfortunately, there was one thing that did not work in our favour and that was the stairs for our elderly mother who had just under gone day surgery. To save her walking up 2 flights of stairs, we got her to walk up the ramp and then had the one set of stairs to climb.

The letter box key was broken, so not good security. The light in dinning was not working ,all the lighting was poor way too low to see , not good for your eye. The shower heads would not stay up in both bathrooms. The knob on the dishwasher was broken. The dryer would not dry, broken. Very disappointing as we bought limited clothes and was planing on washing and drying.
