Pools were cleaned I would say they are in a great location Close almost to everything

Parking lot it’s complicated there’s no that much parking space if you have an emergency in the middle of the night you won’t be able to use ur car cuz someone might be blocking you.

Laid back atmosphere. Nice pool. Friendly staff very service minded. The couch arrangement with the pallets was great. Room is nice, big and well functional AC. Great to see the Pacific Ocean up close and hear the roar from the waves 🌊 and the tow back to the sea.

I wasn’t fan of the tables and chairs on the upper terrasse. I can dig a cup of instant coffee, but filtercoffee beats it and definitely an espresso machine to. The toilet and bath is a bit cramped. Always a pity to have to deal with dayrenters by the pool.

Great place to relax and unwind, good menu and nice staff. My partner was able to surf straight out the front which was a bonus for us.

Not an issue for us as the weather was so hot, but the rooms only have cold water to shower in.

A/C worked well. Housekeeping staff was great. The one time I got my breakfast it was good.

Unfortunately I'm not sure where the super high rating came from for this property. This is the LOUDEST place I've ever stayed. If you want to sleep, well ever, this is not the place for you. Loud music until 2am with tons of bass that shakes the walls. Every night - not just weekends which would have been fine. The walls are paper thin and believe me you can't get away from it. The last night I was there (a Tuesday!) they had a legit DRUM LINE that played into the morning that sounded like the whole drum section of a marching band. Even with noise canceling ear buds I couldn't drown out the noise or sleep. I had a 5:30 wake up call to make my flight and ended up getting 3 hours of sleep because they finally stopped at 2am. Furthermore, each morning the staff would start doing things at 4:30am, yelling back and forth to each other, dumping glass bottles and making a huge racket. It's never fun as a solo female traveler to be jolted awake by a booming male voice right outside your door at 4:30am. Additionally, the lock on the door was extremely unsecured and loose and I didn't feel safe in my room at night. Solo female travelers beware. For over $100/ night I would expect many things to be better, but I'd think hot water would be a bare minimum. Being in the ocean all day and coming back to a freezing shower just sucked. I have been many places without hot water but not for this price point. Also it's impossible to get your "included" breakfast. If you're someone who gets up a bit early to make the most of your days, you'll never get to eat. They refuse to make any food before 8am. I asked if there was anything they could do- even some fruit or a ham&cheese sandwich they made the night before so I had something, and they just said too bad. So, I got my "included" breakfast once in 4 days and had to purchase it every other day.
