The condo measured about 42 m2 which was spacious enough for me and possibly a partner if I had one. It was intelligently laid out with a partitioned bedroom, sitting area, kitchen, washroom and tiny balcony equipped with a clothes washer and drying lines. The kitchen had all the essential equipment. There was a fitness gym and a huge swimming pool. This room faced the inside courtyard so I never heard the busy highway nearby. The security system looked excellent. Parking was never a problem. I would stay again depending on where I need to go in the city.
Being located on a ring road it requires about 30 minutes plus to get downtown area.

치앙마이 모든 곳에서 겪는 오토바이 등 길거리 소음이 작다는 점
- 그리고 콘도 관리 회사가 잘하고 있어 조경 수영장 콘도 내부 관리가 무척 잘되고 있다는 점
- 센트럴등 큰 쇼핑센터와의 도보로 접근이 용이하여 위치가 좋음
- 집주인이 어느 나라이냐에 따라서 비품 관리등에서 문제가 있슴
- 이 콘도는 침대 소파 부엌 세탁기 등등이 문제가 있슴
- 100점 만점에 60점을 줄 수 있는 콘도룸이라고 평함
