I really liked the location and the view from my room, and the breakfast was generous.

Check-out could be at 11:00.

The room is very spacious and have an amazing view of the sea from 2 sides. The staff speaks english and is very nice and helpful

It's pricey for the facilities offered but aligned with Shimoda area in high season.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean View Hiromi SPA Hotel and were truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, especially the manager, Haori. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our visit truly memorable. The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning scenery every morning was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious, with beautifully prepared dishes and fresh local ingredients. Every meal was a pleasure. We also greatly appreciated the convenient shuttle service to and from the bus station, which made traveling around the area very easy and stress-free. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with spectacular views, excellent food, and truly exceptional hospitality, we highly recommend Ocean View Hiromi SPA Hotel. We would love to return one day! Nothing at all

The balconies with private onsen were a great experience looking over the sea. The rooms were large and well provided for.

The location is quite remote. A car is definitely required to get from Shimoda and even then it feels isolated. This was also not helped by the fact there were no overnight staff at the hotel or any contact numbers. We experienced an earthquake at 11pm and had no way to contact the staff for any reassurance. We only recieved a reply on booking.com at 10am the next day. As a hotel hosting tourists I would expect better service and support. The balcony also leaked very badly in the rain so most of the outside space was soaked through and not a usable space.
